Machine was invited to compete in LA's Rock Paper Scissors Rumble 5. Our entry? Golden robot pants. The wearer is bestowed with awesome new robotic paper-rock-scissors powers. The pitiful humans would be crushed by our robotic fists, or so we thought...
An onboard computer running Apache and PHP is equipped with several paper-rock-scissors libraries for analyzing your opponents throws and determining the best play. The robot's interface consists of a monitor that displays information from our paper-rock-scissors application server and a keyboard that's mapped to actions.
The robot's right hand is fully articulated and mechanically makes the rock, paper, scissor forms when in battle. The left hand holds a large jewel encrusted goblet for collecting tip money. Through the holding arm, the chalice is connected to a golden vacuum cleaner that sucks up the offered money.
